Weewar

I don't know how behind the times I am, but I just discovered Weewar, an AJAX-driven, turn-based strategy game. It's a slightly slower pace of play, leaning closer to chess-by-mail than other, quicker competitive games, and the turn-based natural makes it easy to play on my own time, begging only a piddling 5 minutes per turn. But I guess the main thing that attracted me was the simple, pixel-based aesthetic of the game world. Either through my affinity for sprite art or my fondness of Advance Wars, the art style helps to keep my attention for longer than most web games.

If you're in on the Advance Wars/Fire Emblem style of play, I suggest going there and checking me out. And use these links, too. I want my Pro account.
